A house, not a floor
Small by design. Everyone eats in the same room, and staff know every resident's history without looking it up.

Most families arrive here after touring somewhere that felt like a building rather than a home — long corridors, name badges that change every week, and a lot of vague reassurance.
Millport Villas was built as the opposite of that. It is a residence, not a wing of an institution. Meals come out of a real kitchen. Residents keep their own routines, their own chair, their own hour for a cup of tea. And because the house is deliberately small, caregivers learn the things that never make it onto a chart: which knee is the bad one, which grandchild calls on Sundays, what a quiet morning usually means.
We provide non-medical assisted living. We are honest about that boundary, and we will tell you plainly if a need falls outside what a residential care facility can safely take on.
These are the things families tell us they felt on a tour, long before they read anything on a website.
Small by design. Everyone eats in the same room, and staff know every resident's history without looking it up.
No tiers, no packages. Each care plan is written for a single resident and revised as their needs actually change.
Someone is present and awake through the night — the answer families most want to hear, stated plainly.
Continuity is part of the care. Residents are not re-introducing themselves to a new caregiver every week.
Fresh meals, real seasoning and recorded preferences — because appetite is often the first thing to slip.
A fall, a refused meal, a rough night — you are told when it happens, not when you next visit.
Every resident is addressed as an adult with a history, not a set of needs.
Getting dressed at someone else's pace is not care. We work at theirs.
Clear answers about what we do, what we cost and what we cannot provide.
A home adapted for real bodies — grab rails, good light, clear floors, 24 hour supervision.
Residents and their families should feel like they live here, not like they are hosted.
Same team, same routines, same standards — every day of the year.
Care is only as good as the person delivering it. Our team is small, stable and trained for the realities of supporting older adults at home.
