What a tour is actually like

No presentation, no brochure pack. Just the rooms, the team and honest answers to whatever you want to ask.

About half an hour, though we never hurry anyone out. You will see the resident rooms and common areas, meet the caregiving team and have time to ask whatever is on your mind — including the things that feel awkward to ask on the phone.

That is entirely your call. Many families visit on their own first, so they can speak freely, then bring their parent back for a shorter, gentler second visit. Others come together from the start. Tell us which you would prefer in the form and we will plan the visit around it.

Within one business day for tour requests and questions sent through this page. If something has changed suddenly — a fall, a hospital discharge, a carer who can no longer cope — please call 408-218-9227 instead of waiting on email.

Ask who is awake and present overnight — we provide 24 hour supervision. Ask how a care plan changes when needs change, what a normal Tuesday looks like, how families are kept informed, and what happens if your parent's needs move beyond our non-medical residential scope. We would rather be straightforward about our limits than have a family find out later.
